Projects

Well, folks, here I pass information about my projects.

I have several projects, but some are incomplete, and others I demonstrated at YouTube as it is more or less the idea of each one.

One reason is the incompleteness of their lack of resources in musical equipment or computer, and also the dedication of time for other things in life and net.

To avoid a repetition in detail of each project, my music usually have the recorded MIDI by MIDI Orchestrator Plus, using at most, the basic synth which is the Roland Sound Canvas, the audio recorded with N-Track Studio and is usually edited in SoundForge. I also have the custom to take the original audio from the video recording equipment, to have the best audio quality, capitured from the guitar line-in or PC microphone.

Below I show the details of projects that show on YouTube and my TODO, projects that are yet to be conducted in a possible future, some of them have stretches where you listen in MP3 and/or download if you like, I provide direct link and 4shared link, for broken link issues, the other can be used...

Instrumental Demo Project:
Key: D
Difficulty Rank: A
General Difficulty Rank: S
This small demo was composed in 2007 and was recorded on YouTube in 2008, I still can not remember the exact date it was made. The project came to mind and created with the MIDI Orchestrator Plus a drums that even I was surprised. In the music contained within the MIDI drums, bass, and keyboard, which follow the same guitar notes. The guitar was recorded with a Washborn, old model series Groove Jackson, was used the KORG AX30G ToneWorks effects to process them effects, in the case was recorded two guitars: one is the base and in the end makes a solo with the Am pentatonic scale, running the scale an octave below the second guitar; the second guitar does the solo, which uses the pentatonic scales. The audio recorded from the camera, to play the music, was cut because the audio quality is very low, so I used a digital recording, sometimes it may seem that I'm not playing music, but I am.
This project is a demo project and haven't development, can be considered complete.

Instrumental Demo Project II:
Key: Dm
Difficulty Rank: B
General Difficulty Rank: A
Also known as project number 005, this project was made near the end of 2008, I was creating the arpeggios a little old Tonante E3 acoustic guitar belonging to my cousin, so I had an idea of passing the notes I was doing on the acoustic guitar for guitar notes synthesized into MIDI, and from there, I did the recording of the second and the other instruments. A while later, I attended a show of Oficina G3 in ABEU college from Belford Roxo, along with my keyboardist friend, and was announced at the end of a band contest which we could participate, as jurors would Kiko Loureiro and Arthur Maia, and I the commitment to complete the project as early as possible, we look for other musicians to form a good group to play at this festival, I was writing more things that I show in the video, but then when there was not much interest to the staff to take the project forward and also we did not know if the event would actually be realized, the project was stopped for a few months. In mid-2009, I published the demo of the song on YouTube, which I have explained some details of the music. At a time ago, I came to record the song in a Washburn guitar old model series Groove Jackson using to process the effects, the KORG AX30G ToneWorks, this sound was demonstrated along with the other instruments of the project at the end of the video. Then as I was without pedals, and only a black Vantage guitar, and an onboard sound card Realtek poor quality, I could not run VST applications like Amplitube, then my scheme was to put the camera to record the MP5 in a chair, and let the SoundForge recording in the guitar line-in. Then I added a SoundForge distortion.. how the program has no cabs simulation and amps, the sound quality was not as good as a professional pedal.
This project is almost complete, the only thing that misses is to record the guitar, which requires time and patience because the musical difficulty level is high, but soon I'll be disclosing to all you!

Demo Arpeggios:
Key: Am
Difficulty Rank: A
This demo was released about the same time I launched the Instrumental Demo Project II (2009), as explained, I was not a good equipment to get a guitar sound with professional quality, and the sound was recorded and edited by SoundForge.
This project is a demo, and haven't to develop.

Chega de Saudade:
Key: Gm
Difficulty Rank: B
It was a performance recorded at the same time of the Instrumental Demo Project II and Demo Arpeggios (2009) in a Kashima acoustic guitar with nylon strings, the audio was recorded by SoundForge using a computer microphone. The music was composed by a great composer of bossa nova MPB, Tom Jobin, I used the same performance recorded by Angra, an acoustic show them.

The Count of Tuscany:
Key: G#m
Difficulty Rank: B
It was a performance recorded at the end of 2009, near the new year in a Vantage guitar, and also to demonstrate the potential of my new sound card, Sound Blaster LIVE! along with the program that simulates great VST guitar effects called Amplitube 2. It was a performance practically fresh, the CD Black Clouds & Silver Linings of the band Dream Theater was released in mid-2009, I though The Count of Tuscany an interesting music, like Nightmare to Remember and The Best of Times.

Projects to be completed:

There are still many projects to be finished, some of whom were made for old bands/groups.
I usually create projects without music titles, then I put a number to each one, however, what comes to music based on other things or that originates from the composition of some old band or group are more likely have names, others are like 002, 003, etc. .. possible projects that I'll disclose the general public on a possible future ;).
